Quality and Environment Policy


CORI S.R.L. establishes the quality and environment policy with a view to continuous improvement to:

  • The full satisfaction of customer expectations
  • Compliance with applicable mandatory legislation
  • Compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards to which it refers for its Integrated Management System.

On this policy, effective November 30, 2023, the management is committed to:

  • Achieve compliance of its Integrated Management System;
  • Improve customer satisfaction;
  • Collect data from process measurement, for an assessment of business performance based on the objectivity of such data;
  • Adopt strategies that can accelerate the digitization of processes in order to improve compliance with the Standards;
  • Disseminate and enforce this policy throughout the company.

All personnel are required to:

  • Share policy and goals for quality and the environment;
  • Apply the Procedures and Operating Instructions of the Integrated Management System.


Thus, the quality and environment policy pursues the following goals:

    Maintain certification of the Integrated Management System

    Maximize customer satisfaction

    Minimize the number of NC

    Minimize the number of complaints

    Achieve a non-negative revenue differential result from the previous year

    Keep personnel properly trained

    Optimize resource consumption by minimizing resource waste

    Minimizing waste generation and caring for sustainable waste disposal

    Minimizing the company’s environmental impact
